It’s been a long time since my last Daily, and I can hardly call it daily anymore, yet I try to stick to it. I hope that by the end of the semester I’ll have time to return to a day by day post. In the meantime, enjoy this one. Tomorrow I’ll have another!
This was drawn while sitting in the balcony of my grandparents’ house. It was the first time I drew a landscape directly into the computer. It was a bit weird, but very fun.
Study and work take up all the time I have, which leaves little time for drawing. I spend a lot of time on writing papers for philosophy class (we’re reading David Hume!), reading and practicing my Latin. So I want to stop neglecting my blog and try to force myself into writing here and posting more art. This is why I want to start the Daily Doodle Project, which will also be known as DDP (an abbreviation suspiciously resembling a name for a toxic fertilizer).
These daily doodles will also have a theme! I will create several sketches along this theme, for as long as I wish, and then move on to the next theme. I hope to post daily, so subscribe to receive updates.
First theme is “Paths”, also known as roads.
Last night I saw one of those in front of the gate to my house. So cool!
